The reconstruction of this 1000 square meter spectacular villa on the hills of Kandilli thrilled the Ipek Koray Design Team. Through rapid and meticulous planning, the entire infrastructure of the house, which bore the fatigue of 30 years, was transformed in a short period of seven months. The entire restructuring resulted in a Bosphorus classic whereby technical alterations were dressed with contemporary exteriors.
