The public interior areas of two 18-storey towers were designed. The interiors included lobbies, service units, floor halls and floor gardens. The law concepts of justice and equality were reflected in the use of materials, color and rhythm. The contrast of black and white materials was balanced by the use of wood. The unity of the lighting elements and the materials rendered the whole venue dynamic and contemporary.
