This building adjacent to the Kartal Hall of Justice welcomes hundreds of people every day. Therefore, its exteriors were precisely designed to start greeting the guests outside of the building and entice them towards the inside. The spatial transition and formation between the 5000 square meter public areas and the surrounding banks, restaurants and retail space were carefully created. The integrity and ease of use of the entire venue were achieved via the usage of north-south and east-west pedestrian connections. Dark colored flooring material was contrasted by the use of whites in the facades and canopies, coupling them with greenery, water features, and natural woodwork, with the ultimate purpose of providing a respite for the user from the strenuous environment of practicing law.
